Carrer does not end with admission in an engineering or a medical college. It starts when someone is out on his own. Career in India is a major subject of discussion. It can lead to utilisation or degradation of human resources. Majority of people in India are forced to take a job which does not soothes them. This leads to a major breakdown for the nation. It also results in people creating frictional unemployment by withdrawing from jobs. A critical situation is emerging due to all these factors.

But, in this situation new jobs are propagating in a steady manner. Now, a days career counselling is promoted which influences people to have a job of their interest. This helps the individual to be vigilante about the pros and cons of the particular job.

Taste of an individual differs person to person so does perspective. If a person is capable or potential enough to think 'outside the box' he is able to stand alone, far from the maddling crowd. Governments are also promoting schemes like 'Make in India', 'Start-up India' which help in funding organisations and lets them stand on their own. Navodaya Vidyalayas, are being built to enhance the skills of an individual. Such attempts are being made resulting in youths seeking out for new job opportunities.
